City of Armadale · Gwynne Park
A 4.7-hectare council sporting precinct on 1974 infrastructure, running at 130% of its water license. Metered bore (well) usage fell 8,261 kL in the first full year after install, and the turf came through summer for the first time in years.

Marri Park Golf Course
Twelve months of bore (well) meter data on a Bassendean sand course. Usage fell 30.1% against a three-year average, and the course carried out no returfing for the first time in four years.

The Western Australian Golf Club · Hand Watering Greens Hot Spots Trial
Superintendent Idris Evans put a PW75 on the hose to deal with hot spots. Areas being hand watered once or twice a day went to once every one or two weeks.
The Western Australian Golf Club · Irrigation Upgrade
An 8 inch and a 10 inch unit went in during May 2026 as part of a multi-million dollar irrigation upgrade, driven by a 10% cut to the club's water license from 2028. Water, pump efficiency, labor, hardware and fertilizer are all being monitored.
Curtin University · Midland Campus
A Waterwise university held to twice-weekly watering installed a 50mm Vortex Generator on its Midland Campus irrigation in late November 2024. For the first time, summer watering duration was not increased, turf visibly improved, and the university has purchased further units.
New Age Laboratories · Butter Lettuce Trial
Replicated outdoor trial on butter lettuce. Vortex-irrigated plots took up 97% more manganese and finished the season effectively free of aphids, with no pesticide applied at any point, against controls carrying 500 to 1,000+ aphids per plant.

A 15-acre wholesale nursery south of Perth reports saving 15 million liters, 16.85% of its annual license, over the 12 months to May 2025. These are the site's own figures from a signed letter, not a controlled trial.
Arthur Cornwall 2026 · Canterbury Dairy
Seven seasons maintenance free. 19% less amperage drawn by pump, nitrogen more than halved, and soil moisture to the full depth of a 250mm probe where it previously stopped at 150mm.
2025-2026 Organic Tomato Trial · Gov't of W. Australia
Vortex-only bed +23% yield, vortex plus scalar bed +141% yield, stem tissue Brix up 500 to 550%, all on 18% less water, with a 194% increase in water productivity over the control.

Rock Lake Hutterite Colony
A PW600 vortex generator is installed on the 8" (200mm) supply line feeding a new irrigation center pivot at Rock Lake Hutterite Colony, Lethbridge, Alberta. The trial is active and ongoing, with no data reported yet.
City of Cockburn
Active installation across public facilities. Reduced irrigation demand while maintaining public green space presentation and meeting Water Corporation requirements.

A grower who ran the unit as a deliberate stress test, withholding nitrogen entirely to see what the water alone would carry. The crop still met retail size spec on roughly half the water of a side-by-side control paddock.

A grazier reports cutting irrigation from nightly to twice weekly while nearly doubling stocking on the same hectare, with no fertilizer applied. Entirely self-reported, with no meters and no control paddock.
