Our Story
President Water began when two water researchers, Jody Spencer and Adam Abraham, were introduced by MJ Pangman, author of Dancing with Water. What started as a shared fascination with vortex phenomena became a company that has delivered structured water solutions to commercial operations for over 15 years, proven first in Western Australia, one of the toughest irrigation environments on earth.
Our focus has always been on measurable results. Every installation is backed by data, and every claim is supported by evidence from real-world applications.

Leadership Team
Jody B. Spencer
Water researcher and the driving force behind President Water's commercial program. From Western Australia, one of the toughest irrigation environments on earth, Jody has led the company through fifteen years of field trials, metered installations, and the independent certifications that back every claim on this site.
Lee Gross
Lee leads President Water's distribution and market development across North America from Western Canada, bringing the technology to golf courses, farmers, growers, schools, municipal councils, and commercial operations throughout Canada and the United States. His work has included direct outreach across 80+ golf courses, ongoing distributor and channel development with agricultural and horticultural operations, and research collaboration discussions with university horticulture and water programs — alongside his regenerative work with Ethical Earth Solutions.
Alex De Pena
Known inside the company as “the google of water,” Alex anchors President Water's understanding of vortex phenomena and structured-water science, connecting field results to the published research that explains them.
Adam E. Abraham1951 – 2025
President Water began when two water researchers, Jody Spencer and Adam Abraham, were introduced by MJ Pangman, author of Dancing with Water. Adam was a researcher, writer, and videographer with an insatiable curiosity about water and the natural world, and his fearless pursuit of understanding shaped everything the company is today. His legacy lives in every unit installed and every question we keep asking.
